We want you to love your Evermore Living product! If you would like to return your item for any reason, they are accepted for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be 1st quality and in original packaging. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt and must also be 1st quality and in original packaging. Please include your contact information and a brief note explaining the reason for Return/Exchange. At Evermore Living, we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable, with no surprisingly large shipping fees, so we are delighted to offer you FREE SHIPPING for all orders being delivered to the continental US over $99! Unless otherwise noted, domestic orders for in-stock products are processed within 72 hours. Shipping via UPS or USPS Ground will take an additional 3-5 days. If you need your order processed urgently, please send us a note at contact@evermoreliving.com and we will do our very best to get it to you when you need it. Additional shipping fees will apply for overnight or 2-day shipping.
International:
We are pleased to offer a flat-rate of $19 USD for International shipping! Unless otherwise noted, international orders for in-stock products are processed within 72 hours. Shipping via USPS International may take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on your location. Please feel free to email us at contact@evermoreliving.com if you have any questions or need expedited shipping.
